The offers that are made on our website are unbinding until the contract is concluded; the quoted prices include the statutory value-added tax.
These Terms and Conditions of Business only apply to deliveries outside Germany, subject to a suitable agreement. German law applies, subject to excluding the UN sales convention; the mandatory law about consumer protection in the country of destination remains unaffected.

Conclusion of a contract

A contract of sale comes into force through your purchase order on the one hand and through our declaration of acceptance on the other hand (e.g., through delivering the ordered goods or through our acknowledgement of the order). If we do not respond within 5 days, then you are not bound to your purchase order any longer.
You can place a binding purchase order for the goods that are contained in the shopping basket by clicking on the "Buy" button on our website. The receipt of the order is acknowledged immediately after the order has been sent and it does not represent any contractual acceptance yet. We will store the contractual text and send you the data about the purchase order and our General Terms and Conditions of Business by e-mail. You can download the respectively applicable General Terms and Conditions of Business on our website. You can consult the past purchase orders in our log-in area for customers, if you have set up an online account. These terms and conditions provide for the contract to be concluded in the German and English languages.

Unless otherwise agreed the goods (and vouchers) ordered are not meant for resale. Upon placing an order the customer agrees to follows this requirenment.

Revocation policy

Right of revocation

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days, without giving any information about the reasons. The time limit for revocation is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party who is named by you and who is not the transporter, has taken possession of the last goods. You must inform us (via Post to Mrs. Rita Müller-Brenner at Erwin Müller Versandhaus GmbH, of Buttstrasse 2, D 86647 Buttenwiesen, Germany, or by fax no. (0049) (0) 8274-52 933 , or by e-mail: about your decision to revoke this contract by means of an explicit declaration (e.g., with a letter that is sent by post, or by fax, or by e-mail), in order to exercise your right of revocation. You can utilize the specimen copy of the revocation form which is attached for this purpose but that is not prescribed.
It suffices to comply with the time limit for revocation that you send the notification about exercising the right of revocation before the time limit for revocation expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke this contract, then we will have to pay back to you immediately all of the payments that we received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the extra costs that arise from you having chosen a type of delivery other than the economical standard delivery that is offered by us) and within fourteen days from the day on which the notification about your revocation of this contract was received by us. We will utilize the same means of payment for this refund that you have used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; you will not be charged a fee for this refund in any case. We can refuse to give the refund until we have received the goods back again or until you have provided proof that you have send the goods back, according to which is the earlier point in time.
You have to send the goods back to us, or hand them over to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you informed us about the revocation of this contract. The time limit will be complied with if you send the goods before the time limit of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of sending back the goods. The costs are estimated to be at about € 100 at the most (Freight-Forwarding Zone 2). You must only pay for any lost value of the goods, if this lost value is attributable to unnecessary handling of the goods for checking the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Returns within the right of revocation's framework will only be accepted if the postage has been pre-paid adequately.


The right of revocation does not exist in the case of contracts for delivering goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive in order to manufacture them, or if they are tailor-made to suit the consumer's personal requirements: that also applies to audio or video recordings or to computer software in a sealed package, as well as to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return because of reasons to do with the protection of health or hygiene whenever their seal has been removed after the delivery.

Despatch and payment

We will charge a fee for postage, as well as for careful packing and packaging, in the case of a despatch abroad. The amount of the despatch cost is orientated to the respective country (the despatch address), the parcel's volume and its weight in three categories. The heaviest or largest article is decisive for the despatch cost that will be due for payment by you.

The delivery will be made abroad in return for cash in advance, i.e., the despatch will only take place after the payment has been made. You can transfer your invoiced amount in Euro beforehand. You will receive our banking details by e-mail for this purpose. In addition, there is the possibility of paying by credit card or with Pay-Pal. We accept MasterCard and Visa. Your credit card will be charged via Erwin Müller Versandhaus GmbH, of 86647 Buttenwiesen, Germany immediately after your purchase order has been placed.
The goods remains the property of Erwin Müller Versandhaus GmbH until full payment has been made, insofar as this is permissible in the country of destination.

Delivery service

The period of delivery will be about 4 to 7 working days if nothing else is stated in the article's description. We will inform you immediately in the case of delayed deliveries.

Undeliverable goods

If we establish that we cannot deliver an ordered article permanently in an exceptional case, then we will inform you about this matter immediately. We can withdraw from a contract that has been concluded already if we are not responsible for the reasons (e.g., force majeure, or non-delivery despite a timely covering transaction). We will immediately reimburse any pre-payments that have been made already.


The statutory period of two years applies to the warranty in the case of defects. We will reimburse the postage in return for proof of course, in the case that the complaint is justified.
If the manufacturer grants additional guarantees, then the provisions of these guarantees will apply supplementarily. Your existing legal rights will not be limited because of that.
Please note: the complete number of items of the affected articles must be sent back to us in the case of a customer's complaint (i.e., notification of defects) about the colour varying between several articles. This is the only way that we can check the fault and deliver a replacement if necessary.

Disposal of batteries and electrical equipment
This symbol illustrates that electrical equipment and batteries must be collected from the household refuse and disposed of separately.

You can additionally find the following advice about batteries that contain harmful substances: Cd = battery containing cadmium, Hg = battery containing mercury and Pb = battery containing lead.
Batteries and electrical equipment are not allowed to be disposed of in the household refuse but they must be separated from it by the user and taken away for reuse or handed over to a recycling plant. Points of collection and return are provided by the local authorities. You as a consumer are also obligated to give the used batteries back: you can do this via public collecting points or at the shops where you bought them. We will obviously take the used batteries back free of charge.
