Steinbeck Yak plaid. Enjoy this special treasure of nature. The cosy natural hair plaid is extremely light and ensures an excellent, warm and heat-balancing climate. It is made from the fine undercoat of the Mongolian yak. The animal's undercoat is dense and soft - it has a very good insulating effect with relatively little weight. The blanket is rounded off with decorative fringing on both sides. Size including fringes.

The yak is a mountain cattle that lives in Central Asia. It has adapted to the extreme temperature fluctuations. It has a very resistant coat to protect it from frost and heat: a fluffy, dense pelt under a robust, long top coat. Only the fine, natural black-brown undercoat is used for the natural blanket.
