Hallo Silke, vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Bitte achten Sie stets auf unsere Produktbeschreibung. Die Handtücher erreichen erst nach mehrmaliger Wäsche ihre volle Saugfähigkeit. Auch ein vermehrtes Fusseln kann bei Neuware durchaus vorkommen. Unser Tipp: bitte waschen Sie den Artikel 2-3x nach Herstellerangaben und trocknen diesen, wenn möglich, im Trockner. Die Fusselbildung sollte sich deutlich verringern. Andernfalls können Sie gern erneut, unter: bewertungen@erwinmueller.de auf uns zukommen, wir finden gewiss eine Lösung.
