Bestellung ohne Stress ist etwas, das man hier als Kunde erleben darf.
Eine solche Kundenfreundlichkeit und komplikationslosen telefonischen Kontakt habe ich selten erlebt. Überschwemmungsbedingt dauerte die erste Lieferung etwas länger, da konnte man nur vollstes Verständnis haben, wenn die Straßen unterspült sind.
Die weiteren Lieferungen waren schnell und pünktlich, zurückgesandte Ware wurde sofort verrechnet ohne Ärger.
Die Qualität der Ware ist sehr, sehr gut und die Freude über die Entscheidung, bei Erwin Müller bestellt zu haben, groß.
