Absolut enttäuschend. Auch wie meine Reklamation als langjähriger Kunde gehandhabt wurde. Mittlerweile habe ich keine Rechtfertigung das vierfache zu bezahlen, wenn die Ware eines Discounter vergleichbar ist. Ein aussagefähiges Foto über mangelhafte Nähte reichte nicht aus um meine Reklamation professionell zu bearbeiten. Sehr schade. In der Vergangenheit hatte ich immer wieder mangelhafte Verarbeitung festgestellt, aber diesmal wurde es einfach zu viel.
