Erwin Müller Knee cushion. The knee cushion is ideal for side sleepers: it can reduce pressure on the lower knee and helps to position the legs comfortably. This can relieve pressure on the spine, pelvis and hip area. An elastic band with a Velcro fastening ensures a secure fit and helps prevent the pillow from slipping. The cover, made from soft, brushed cotton, feels pleasant against the skin, can be removed via a zip and is washable. Inside is a supportive core made from viscoelastic foam.
