Types of duvets

Down duvet
The small square-shaped sections sewn into this duvet prevent the filling from moving: the upper and lower layers of material are sewn through.

Cassette duvet
The filling in this duvet cannot move, as it is enclosed in individual chambers. At the same time, this excludes the existence of what are known as cool zones, as the upper and lower sections of material are sewn together with baffled boxes.

Four seasons duvet
Consists of a lighter duvet for summer and a warmer transitional duvet for spring/autumn. The duvets can be joined using buttons or fasteners to create a cosy and warm duvet for the winter months. The perfect duvet for every season and warmth requirement.

Classic duvets
Classic duvets have lost none of the allure they had when they were first introduced. Traditional duvets can be shaken in order to move the filling to the position in which you will feel most snugly. We have all learned that the most effective way to make the most of the heat generated by down and feathers is to give them "a good shake".

Duo duvet
Consists of two individual duvets joined at their outer edges. The insulating central air cushion guarantees the perfect sleep climate.
Types of pillows
Down and feather pillows
These pillows are available with various fillings:
For those who like to sleep on a firm pillow:
85% feathers, 15% down
For those who like to sleep on a medium-firm pillow:
70% feathers, 30% down
For those who like to sleep on a soft pillow:
60% down, 40% feathers

Trio pillow
This pillow has a pleasant soft feel. Made from 100% feathers or 85% feathers/15% down, it promotes an ideal and supported lying position. Its two outer chambers are filled with soft 100% down or 90% down/10% feathers.
Fibre pillows
These pillows are available with non-woven fleece, polyurethane chip or fibre ball fillings. The advantage of the ball filling is that you can select the sleeping position which suits you best. Filling can be removed or topped up via the zip fastener.
Our soothing neck support and relaxation pillows provide firm support for the head and neck, ensuring that the cervical spine is correctly positioned in relation to the rest of the body. Following an initial settling-in period, you will feel the support provided both at the side and to the rear. Neck support pillows must only be used lying flat (do not use with bolster pillows or with your bed frame set to the upright position). Most neck support pillows have a support panel enabling you to set your personal sleeping position and accelerating the settling-in process.
Most natural hairs/fibres are not suitable for use as pillow fillings; they are more commonly used as fillings for duvets or quilts. Balls of new wool are the most suitable type of natural hair filling.
General term used to describe chemical fibres with a fineness of 0.1 - 1 dtex; in other words, 10,000 m of one filament will weigh 1 g. To give you an idea: the diameter of micro fibres is half of that of silk fibres, a third of that of cotton fibres, a quarter of that of fine wool fibres and just a hundredth of that of a human hair. The advantages are that these threads are amongst the very best types of fibre there are, they are very silky, hard-wearing and are smooth to the touch.
