Das Produkt an sich ist okay. Allerdings ist der Bestellvorgang und der Service unterirdisch.
Die Retoure wurde über Wochen nicht verbucht und man bekommt unterstellt, diese wäre nie abgesendet worden.
Erst nach Nennen der Sendungsnummer taucht die Retoure plötzlich wieder auf.
Des Weiteren war meine Bestellung nicht vollständig. Erst nach 3 Telefonaten wurde berichtet, dass die fehlenden Artikel erst zwei Monate später vorrätig sind.
Die Qualität ist wirklich okay, aber aufgrund des Bestellvorgangs würde ich nicht mehr bei Erwin Müller bestellen.
