Gepolana induction cooking pot
A heavy and robust cast-iron stock pot. You can cook with very little fat or even fat-free. The heat is spread evenly thanks to excellent heat conductivity. The pot is made of one hand cast aluminum cast iron body and it can be used in the baking oven. The 4 layers of surface coating with reinforced ceramic particles makes this pot extremely resistant to scratch. Using wood, plastic or silicone cooking utensils instead of metal cooking tools will last your pot for a very long time. The pouring rim is reinforced. Although this pot can be washed in a dishwasher, we recommend hand wash. The pot is suitable for all types of hobs including induction hobs.
