Das ist das beste Kissen, was ich jemals hatte.
Man darf es eben nicht "knautschen", sondern flach darauf schlafen. Ist eh entspannter. Kopf ist in der Mitte safe, Schulter kann man drunter lupfen.... Alles perfekt und ich bin jetzt schon fast 50. Nur weiter zu empfehlen.

Leider sind die Kissen sehr fest, so dass man nicht weich liegt, sondern ziemlich hart. Daher nur 3 Sterne.

Schön wäre, wenn man bei der großen Auswahl mehr Anhaltspunkte zur Qualität hätte. So bestellt man halt einfach ein etwas teureres Produkt, um keinen Fehlgriff zu machen.
Leider kam die Versandmitteilung von Erwin erst 4 Stunden vor der Auslieferung durch DHL.

A prerequisite for the application of the guarantee claim is your submission of the relevant invoice. In case of a legitimate claim, we will refund the full price you paid according to the invoice you provide us with.
This guarantee does not apply to natural worn-out damages, damages by improper usage and damages caused by poor or wrong maintenance.
A subsequent purchase guarantee on pans, pots and dishes is excluded.
