Right of return

You can return the goods without giving any reasons within a period of two weeks (France: 15 Days). The period shall commence upon receipt
of this instruction in text form (e. g. as a letter, fax or e-mail), however, not before the recipient has received the
goods (or in the case of subsequent deliveries not until the recipient has received the first partial shipment) and not
until we have satisfied our legal duty to furnish information according to Section 312c, para. 2 of the German Civil
Code (BGB) together with Section 1, para. 1, 2 and 4 of the Ordinance on the Requirements for Information and Clear
Documentation in Civil Law (BGB-InfoV) and our duties with regard to Section 312e, para. 1, 1st sentence of the German
Civil Code together with Section 3 of the Ordinance on the Requirements for Information and Clear Documentation in Civil
Law. The period shall be deemed observed if the goods to be returned are dispatched in time. Goods to be returned should

Consequences of returns In case of a return, each party shall return the goods/services received and, if necessary, the emoluments taken (e. g. any benefits pertaining to usage). Should the goods be damaged, compensation can be demanded. This does not apply if the impairment of the goods is solely attributable to trying the goods out as you might do in a retail outlet. You can of course avoid an obligation to provide compensation for goods damaged through their intended usage by not treating the goods as your own property and by refraining from doing anything which might adversely affect their value. Obligations to make repayments must be met within 30 days. The period begins for you when you return the goods, for us when we receive these. Returns are not possible if the goods have been tailored for you personally, if they have been made to a special size for you, if they have been provided with a name or monogram at your request and, in the case of audio or video recordings (e.g. CDs and video cassettes), if you have removed the seal from the cassettes. |
